On 7 November, MEDREG’s 28th General Assembly (GA) met in Brussels, back-to-back with its Energy Forum. The Assembly approved a series of reports on auction mechanisms to promote RES, regulatory practices on handling technical and non-technical losses for electricity and a report on Gas Interconnections Investments. The GA also took stock of progress made to the Electricity Market Observatory Report (MEMO) and discussed MEDREG’s 2020-2022 strategy as well as its renewed grant contract with the European Commission.
